About Beaver County Criminal History

Beaver County criminal records are divided among Sheriff's Records, the Fifth District and justice courts, the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, Utah Corrections, and the Utah Sex and Kidnap Offender Registry. We organize the official portals, addresses, and phone routes so readers can start with the office that actually controls the record.

Why We Built This Site

Utah offers several public record routes, but each answers a different question. Beaver County Sheriff's Records handles incident and jail requests. Court clerks keep filed charges and dispositions. The Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification maintains fingerprint-supported state histories for authorized access, while Utah Corrections and the Utah Sex and Kidnap Offender Registry maintain their own records. Federal court files remain separate in PACER. We bring those official channels, request steps, contact details, and published fees into a clear county-focused reference.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Utah court, sheriff, police agency, or state department. Those limits mean:

  • Certified court files and official criminal histories cannot be issued here
  • We do not submit GRAMA requests, corrections, or expungement filings for visitors
  • No official background check or individual record can be pulled by this site
  • We cannot apply Utah law to a person's charge, warrant, or case
  • Government offices must confirm current fees, hours, addresses, and procedures

An official copy must come from the Beaver County sheriff, the correct court, Utah BCI, or the other agency that maintains the original record.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own services, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the site's operation. We do not set those charges or control the data a search partner returns.
